In the project Increased attractiveness around High Voltage Valley, we have now started up a series of seminars on the topic Boards work in smaller companies.
The first seminar took place on 25 May at Räfsnäs farm in Ludvika in which 13 different companies participated with the leader of the seminar, Hans Nilsson of Control AB. It was a very interesting and inspiring half-day and contributed to the many probably caught the eye of the weather to have a functioning and active board of his company.
The next seminar will be held on June 8th, also at Räfsnäsgården in Ludvika. Then we address how the board work in owner-managed businesses, the board's purpose and benefits, the process to work in governance and the composition of the Board.
We expect an instructive afternoon with many interesting and stimulating discussions.
