High Voltage Valley is a project under the Regional Development Corporation Samarkand2015. High Voltage Valley has a steeringgroup which includes the stakeholders of the clusterinitiative and two working groups that help with key skills to the Steering Group,they are the Expert Panel and the Working Group on the brand High Voltage Valley.High Voltage Valley has a steering group with representatives from the different stakeholders for the cluster initiative. In order to strengthen our expertise in power technology, we have appointed a panel of experts. We have also established a working group to draw up guidelines for how we communicate the brand High Voltage Valley outward. Both groups contribute important expertise to the steering committee.

High Voltage Valley is a completely externally financed projects owned by the development company AB Samarkand2015.
Samarkand2015 in turn is jointly owned, in equal parts, of Ludvika and Smedjebackens municipalities, Dalarna County Council, ABB in Ludvika and Ovako in Smedjebacken by the economic association "Samarkand2015".
